About Emerald Carroll
Green Rock Digital Strategies was founded by Emerald Carroll, a dynamic digital strategist with a passion for helping local businesses grow. With a degree in public relations, a minor in marketing, and over nine years of professional experience across non-profit and corporate tech sectors, Emerald brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. She has worked in operations and outreach, scaling startups, and devising growth and outreach strategies for businesses, making Green Rock a perfect fusion of her expertise and passion.
Emerald describes her professional self as a 'people-centered, relationship builder and strategic problem solver; focused on impact, efficiency and consistency'. She takes pride in using her skills to make a positive impact on businesses and communities alike. Emerald has a big heart for California communities, as she has lived as far north as Eureka, CA, as far south as San Diego, CA and several places in between, including Sacramento, CA and Fresno, CA.
